2008-09 Changes! This year, Exploring Technology is being broken up into 2 distinct semester classes, "Exploring Technology" and "World of Technology." Although you can still take both semesters back to back, it's possible now to take them in diffferent years, and in no particular order. Because of graduation requirements, it's thought that this will increase student's flexibility in scheduling :)

Mankind's Greatest Achievement
We watch the 12-part HBO miniseries

"I believe that this nation should commit itself to achieving the goal, before this decade is out, of landing a man on the moon and returning him safely to the Earth. No single space project in this period will be more impressive to mankind, or more important for the long-range exploration of space; and none will be so difficult or expensive to accomplish."
